1/2 Chuckram (അര ചക്ക്രം) envelope from Pulincunnu to Changnacherry with Village (വി) cancel. 




Pulincunnu office...started as an Anchal office (Thi-69..തി -69) in 1064(1888) under Ambalapuzha division...closed in M. E. 1084(1909).
Restarted as Village Office (Vi..വി ) in 1084 (1909).
