1890 Travancore One Chuckram envelope carried by Anchal Runner (അഞ്ചൽ ഓട്ടക്കാരൻ), addressed from Pala (Thi-44) to the Dewan Peschkar of Kottayam..  

Despatch and Delivery on the same date..July 30, 1890
