2 gems of Travancore postal history..
1) Chuckram One envelope (Die-3) used from Kottayam (Thi-45). Decshl E-4
Few known to exist, in used condition.
Embossed legend..without comma after GOV'T (yet to be reported)...TRAVANCORE GOV'T ANCHAL. 32.5mm / 1.75mm.. Knife.. K 3.

2) Three Chuckram 'inverted' envelope ..thin paper (E-6 ba?).
from Quilon Piravaga (Thi-25) to Quilon..... uncatalogued by Deschl (thin laid buff paper) ...and only two reported so far, in used condition.
Travancore ...3 Chuckram envelope...stamp printed on inverted thin laid pellure cream type paper, with embossing "NUZARALLY & CUMROODINS" STATIONERS BOMBAY.
139×80mm..almost silimar to K4.
Unrecorded in Deschyl & P G Wells, but recorded in H& G (Envelopes 3b).
Rare.
From my collections....
Less than five reported (inverted mint), so far.
