1904 Wrapper Six Cash from Trivandrum to Quilon/Punalur. Manuscript numbers, to prevent pilferage..
1904 Six Cash Wrapper (21:26) Type 11 from Trivandrum (cds..31mm.. Moos type 3.. to Quilon.
Trivandrum (Kar 13 1079)..July 28,1904.
As the addresee is out of station, anchalman tried to deliver 3 times (a delay of 6 days)...hence the Malayalam manuscript (3)... in violet.
Send from Quilon (Kar 19 1079... Aug 3) Punalur (Kar 20 1079... Aug 4).
The manuscript number in Malayalam seen on the wrappers, written in ink, is from the treasury itself by the officials, to take stock of the wrappers sent to different Anchal offices..
This number helps to keep track and prevent pilferage.

Appears to be 'SIXI' CASH...instead of SIX CASH...extra letter seen.

1891..3 Chuckram envelope.. Manuscript of Registered & Pillar Post.
An extremely rare handwritten usage of 'REGISTERED. .No 206 Weight 1/2 tola'....and 'Munambom 66-9-13' (13-9-66.. ie 25 April 1891)....also scarce usage of hand written place and date.
April 25, 1891....Three Chuckram envelope registered from Munambam (pen written by postmaster, with the date in Malayalam numericals....66-9-13.....that is Malayalam year 1066 Medam 13.....April 25, 1891) via Paravoor to Kottayam (despatch cancel missing).
Registered charges.. 2 Chuckram & Postage 1 Chuckram.
'Thi-76' (also Thalavady)... Munambom....a small village bordering Travancore & Cochin......previously this number is known under Paravoor...as per recorded..though Paravoor is the nearest designated post office.
Munambom.. a pick up point...a Pillar post..
Paravoor is earlier located under 3 'Thi' numbers...38, 64 & 76.
Thi-38 belongs to North Paravoor.
Thi-64 belongs to South Paravoor.
This envelope is posted from Munambam via Paravoor to Kottayam.Also in Malayalam manuscript is Registration with number.
As Munambam is a mail pickup point, does not have a registration, despatch or delivery seal in that period of usage. Hence, it has to be pen cancelled by the Anchal man.
