1948 Travancore EIGHT CARD (Service) green card, which was in use for a shorter period (rare & scarce) before the state amalgamation of Travancore & Cochin in July, 1949.
It it a perforated card (90x150mm) or torn from a double card?
Nothing has been reported in P. Wells, Edward Deschl catalogues or in any journals.
Miscut card..
Perforation seen on the top of the card (rouletted) or is it seperated from a double card?
Cutting edge flaw.

4 Anchal offices with the name 'Piravaka' attached to the town name.
1) Quilon. 2) Alleppey..3) Kottayam. 4) Changnacherry. Further more Piravakas might exist..
Varieties in cancellations seen in each Town Piravaka's..(not shown here), which also is an interesting study.
About Piravaka (പ്രവ്ക/ പിറവക), debate is still going on, whether Piravaka is located near a market place (Peedika.. Angadi-- പീടിക സ്ഥല൦ -- അങ്ങാടി)
or is it in the vicinity of Judicial/Government offices?
Maybe Piravaka is a Suburb/Rural or Mofussil Anchal office?
