Dual remark markings of 'Kandilla' (കണ്ടില്ലാ.. Not found) & 'Nischedichu' (നിഷേധിച്ചു..Refused).

1919 folded registered letter, wrongly stamped 'refused' instead of 'not found', since they couldn't find the addressee.

നിഷേധിച്ചു.. Refused.

'Nishedichu'..'നിഷേധിച്ചു' was stroked with red ink  once the anchal peon realized the mistake..
