1899 Cochin Half Puttan (thin paper..green) folded letter from Enammakkal (Enammavu) to Tripunuthara. 

1/2 Puttan (green..thin paper) stamp on covers/letters are rarely seen, and scarce to get. 

Enammakkal (Kanni 6 1075..21 Sept, 1899) to Tripunuthara (Kanni 7..Sept 22). 

1/2 Puttan thin paper stamp was issued in 1898, while there was another issue of 1/2 (half) Puttan stamp with thick paper in 1902.... 1/2  Puttan (thick) affixed on cover/letter are not scarce.
