Travancore to Imperial Postage Due card

Travancore 1892 postcard (8 Cash) locally posted from Tiruvella to Changnacherry & from Changnacherry by Imperial Post to Calcutta.

 'POSTAGE DUE'...One Anna corrected to 1/2 Anna (manuscript in red). Postage for a card is 1/4 Anna, hence it is fined for double the deficiency .......Scarce.
