Very rarely, one can spot 'Thi' franking on printed Eight Cash postcard....for these 'Thi' markings are scarcely found used in the initial stages for a period of less than 2 years.

Perhaps after this, it was made mandatory for franking of 'Thi' to be applied only on envelopes, wrappers and on registered cards with stamps affixed.
Later these 'Thi' markings are seen done only on stamped covers & printed envelopes, and not on Travancore printed postal cards.
